With DD it took over a year, DH works out of town and timing wouldn't work out for anything. The baby we lost, 1 month. This baby was a not being careful, happy surprise.

4 years off BCP....the last 17months of the 4 years were medicated cycles (Clomid, IUI, IVF, and ultimately our FET which worked). Thankfully we've got 4 still in the freezer cuz I'm totally not going through that again!!!

About a year. Did 3 cycles of Clomid then 1 cycle of Bravelle, trigger shot, and an IUI.

2 years, 3 failed Clomid cycles, 1 IUI resulting in a m/c, 1 IUI resulting in a CP.  13 months of acupuncture and some major lifestyle/diet changes.

This was the second unmedicated cycle after CP.

When we decided we wanted to start trying I didn't get a period and I kept putting it off going to the doctors bc I was too afraid of the outcome. When I finally did go after a few months of not getting a period he gave me pills to bring on periods and pills to help get pregnant. I only had to take the pills to bring on the period once, but had to take the pills to help get pregnant twice. All in all in probably took us 6 months.

For my 1st pregnancy it took 2 cycles, but that ended in a miscarriage in may. This one was a happy surprise that we got on my 3rd cycle after the mc, which incidentally the first time we'd DTD.

Exactly 2 years. We started trying right around the time my 2 year old niece was born. DH has some fertility issues due to his Celiac Disease so we started prior to getting married. In february of this year, we were actually advised to start saving for IVF. So even though we were trying, this little one was a very welcomed surprise.

With DS1 it was my second IUI after 5 months on clomid, dr didn't make us wait a year to intervene since I have endometriosis, DS2 was on the first try and this time we were going to start trying in December, so we never even made it to the trying stage.

We quit BC in July to get ready to start trying. DH was like "Let's GO!" but life was crazy and I needed a minute, so we used back up  that month. The next month I was still chicken (it's too much pressure to have sex in the middle of the month KNOWING that it could happen, even if I wanted it to lol), so we used back up for the first half of the month. Then I thought I'd probably already ovulated so some of the pressure was off, so the last week in my cycle we "practiced". My cycle must have been crazy from coming off of BC, I also joke that my husband must have olympian sperm, because I got a BFP a few weeks later!  Our family has a LONG history of accidental pregnancies, so I wasn't surprised that I got KU the second we THOUGHT about TTC. I still consider it planned though
