Helpful hints with growing family, how did you let family know?

After 2 natural child births our family of 5 is now growing! We found out that we are having another blessing.

My question is, we have an 8yr old (who goes to his moms every other week) a 2yr old & 3 yr old. Did anyone find it difficult to tell family members? DH and I told my mother and DH has been loose lips and told co-workers, but I am finding it difficult to let family know. It seems like after 2 child births i'd be easy but it seems like people especially family can be judgmental. After the first one, people say "congrats, whens the next one coming" after the second, " you're having another! WOW," Third, "What you can't keep your hands off each other, you plan on having more?"

So my question is should we wait until I'm showing.... or wait until people start questioning... or who cares what they think we're happy and they don't have to raise our kids... or lol, what do you think?

This probably sounds like a silly post, but I would like to hear how fellow moms came out and told family. Maybe I'm making a big deal out of nothing but after our second family members we're already being judgmental. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Just tell them.  Sooner rather than later.  I've only got one kiddo, but I know my in-laws were offended when B&SIL didn't tell them they were expecting #2 until she was like 5 months along and VERY obviously showing.
