Final update on my nana

The "spot" on her brain is actually a golf ball sized tumor. She is resting comfortably but is not expected to outlive the weekend.

I am numb and in shock. Almost a year to losing my mom and I'm facing losing my nana. I'm numb.

I'm so sorry, Betty. Something similar happened to my Uncle in July. It was (is stil) a very hard loss for our family.

I'm glad that your Nana is comfortable. This is an awful and sad thing. My grandmother collapsed and they found a tumor in her brain. She stayed alive until all of her many, scattered children and grandchildren could make it to her. It was heartbreaking, and absolutely miserable. I'm very sorry this is happening.
