Cramping and nausea after d&c?

Hi I was just wondering if anyone else experienced light nausea after d&c. I had mine on Wednesday and have been having cramping - on and off - as well as some light nausea. I went for a long walk today with DH. We had planned a long weekend out of town and am a bit concerned now - since we decided to go anyways. Thanks for your input.

I have the same symptoms as well.  I am thinking because we still have a leftover of HCG, as it's dropping, it will be almost the same as when I first found out I was pregnant.  Slight nauseous and light cramping.  My Dr reassured me that it's quite normal and my hcg will drop to close to zero by next week.  Perhaps all the symptoms will be gone by then.  I hope that will be the case for you and you enjoy your trip.  Enjoy the time off and come back rejuvenated.  All the best.

Thank you! That's very reassuring. I was also thinking my hormones are completely out of whack. I am guessing maybe nausea is somewhat stress-related too. Wishing you a speedy recovery and that you are back on your feet soon! *hugs*

I didn't have nausea but had cramping that was pretty bad at times. The cramping was on and off for about 2 weeks post d and c
