Dreft Laundry Detergant or Non-Baby Detergant

Anyone who is considering Dreft or has family members who insist that it is necessary- please go to the EWG website and look up the toxicity of different laundry detergents. They are all pretty bad, but Dreft, that is marketed towards babies and children actually contains the most nasty chemicals of any detergent on the market. I normally make my own powder. Will probably make one that is cloth diaper safe for the baby, but that's it.

Thanks Ladies for all the feedback! Don't think I'll change my detergent!

We use All Free & Clear for my DS, who has eczema. We also avoid dryer sheets & do a vinegar rinse at the end of the wash cycle, per the pedi. We will probably do the same with this next kiddo, just because it works well for DS.
