Trying to Get Pregnant

Just for Fun: Code Words

So, instead of saying "sex" in front of people or texting it to each other, DH and I refer to the BD as "Funky Town." As in, "Hey, we're going to Funky Town tonight."
My TTC pal at school always just says "We 'tried' last night." Apparently "Trying" is their code word.

Anyone else have any funny or interesting Code Names for BDIng?

  • Well in front of DD we say 'do it' since she has no idea what that means and if she repeated it no one would think anything.  She obviously doesn't know what 'sex' means either but she could repeat that and tell people that mommy & daddy 'did sex' last night or something.  She is a parrot.

My SIL refers to it as having 'mommy/daddy time'.  Even when she isn't in front of her DS.  Odd.

  • We have a couple, not because we need to double-talk (my teens would get it anyway), but because we heard them both on tv and think they're funny. One is frolic (pretty obvious), but the other is squishy. Anytime we hear the word squishy we giggle like little girls. We basically replace any sexual word with a form of squishy (squishiness, squishied, etc.) We're dorks. Of course, we also just say Wanna fuck?

  • Funky town is what they call it on Parenthood.

  •  Ours actually started with me and my friend talking about the "perks" of having a BF... so our code word was "perking".  I slipped and called it that with my new BF, now H.  He thought it was funny and we still call it perking to each other, "wanna perk"?

  • We used to call it "taking a time out" so our DS wouldn't want to see what we were doing. Now that we're TTC he refuses to call it anything other than "making a baby" he's an odd one.

  • We have "pancakes". It's pretty useful.

You should know how great things were before you. Even so, they're better still today.
Now I can't think who I was before you ruined everything in the nicest way <3

We are boring. We call it "sexy time". We don't say anything around other people, however, and we have no kids. If we happen to be around other people, there's generally a lot of eyebrow wiggling and miming. Which, if you think about it, is actually kind of hilarious. (Think @triumphgrrrl's siggy.)

DH and often joke about "working out". It stemmed from one evening where we went downstairs to actual workout and ended up "working out" instead. Its quite useful. I will often say on the phone to him "We should work out tonight" when I am out work.

  • We call it "cochonneries" which is a french word that comes from the word "cochon" - pig

My best translation would be "pigishness" ah!

H somberly asks if we can have maritals.

I am the immature one who goes up and humps him while he's doing dishes or something or I just ask "How's your penis today?"
I'm a humper too. I don't speak. There are no code words. I just go over to him and start dry humping.
  • We call it "alone time" or "you wanna hug? hey hey hey (what rhymes with hug me)" from Blurred Lines. :D

I too, hump. I also just randomly will take my clothes off and walk upstairs. Or randomly take the ipad out of his hands and maul him on the couch. We don't really use words, now that i think of it. We just start gently molestering each other and if the other is in the mood it just happens. Other than that it's sometime eye contact with a smirk, or signals or whatever.

It's not that we aren't comfortable with talking about it... we just do it. If one of us is in a weird mood I just say "Do you want to have sex?" "yeah, okay." Who knows what'll happen when we have kids. I have a tendency towards making up words...

  • I'm glad to know I'm not the only lady that likes to go up to my S/O and casually hump him.

Ok someone help me out! What are they talking about with that line? The only thing I can think about it "tug", like a poor-man's-special. Is that it?
