I posted on this board a few times while I was pregnant, but not recently. I now have a nearly 3 month old baby girl and I'm going back to work next month.

I'm on the verge of hiring a nanny, but just wanted some advice. What questions did you ask the references?

I actually do HR in my job, but I am finding it difficult when hiring for LO.

What did you ask? Any advice?
