@kiraliz Help me word it. I do not mean to offend anyone. And personally I pop that shit like pez lol. DH calls them my crazy pills.
  • I only asked because I felt like I may be the only one.... I'm sure i'm not BUT it was just out of curiosity. No judgment here. I don't feel like this is something that has to be a big secret.
  • Well shit it won't let me edit.

@justaphase I didn't like it at first and if certain people called it that then I would be offended. But it is in a joking matter.

It's cool if your H says it to you jokingly and you're not offended. I just meant in general.

    I completely agree.
  • I put SS because I take a low dose antidepressant for migraines but also because I will be taking action to get on an anxiety med at my next primary care appt.

Good for you! My anxiety meds (Prozac) have really made a positive impact on my whole family. Not to mention it makes me feel 100% better.
  • @kiraliz2 Your right. I'm sorry. I was honestly just trying to make it funny/comfortable. I see now how that could offend someone.

  • How about:

    Yes, frequently
    Yes, occasionaly
    No
    SS

Bitches be crazy? Does that mean because I take something for my anxiety disorder I am crazy?

Same. I get that @Jackofthebox is trying to be silly with the answers, but although the third answer apples to me, a more accurate take would be "I don't, but it's cool if you do".
    I voted SS because this.

  • @justaphase that is me as well. I have been putting it off and trying to use the techniques taught to me in therapy. I have enough medical problems and meds to take I dread trying to find one that works without interfering with other meds or causes awful side effects.

Yeah, we've established it was not the best wording. :(

Oops, I wrote that before I read the replies. What you said exactly, @kiraliz2. Especially the blood pressure comparison.

  • Also Prozac and other anti-depressants are not something you take "occasionally if you need it" so that answer doesn't even make sense.

And trust, you're far from alone.
