Just because i'm curious and please do not comment if you do not want to. BUT do you take prescribed mood enhancing medication? <-- I hope I worded that nicely?? Prozac, Zanax, Buspar, ect.

I only asked because I felt like I may be the only one.... I'm sure i'm not BUT it was just out of curiosity. No judgment here. I don't feel like this is something that has to be a big secret.

Same. I get that @Jackofthebox is trying to be silly with the answers, but although the third answer apples to me, a more accurate take would be "I don't, but it's cool if you do".

I put SS because I take a low dose antidepressant for migraines but also because I will be taking action to get on an anxiety med at my next primary care appt.

Good for you! My anxiety meds (Prozac) have really made a positive impact on my whole family. Not to mention it makes me feel 100% better.

@justaphase that is me as well. I have been putting it off and trying to use the techniques taught to me in therapy. I have enough medical problems and meds to take I dread trying to find one that works without interfering with other meds or causes awful side effects.

Also Prozac and other anti-depressants are not something you take "occasionally if you need it" so that answer doesn't even make sense.
