2 weeks post surgery

I'm a FTM and I'm a little nervous. I had to take my baby to her 2 week well baby visit. While I was there, the fire alarm went off, and I had to carry her in her car seat down 4 flights of stairs. I'm a little sore, not in a lot of pain. Stitches look good and I still have the steri-strips on. My main concern is if I hurt the internal stitches or maybe I'm going to build up a lot of scar tissue now from all of that. Would you call the OB?

When I was 2 weeks PP, DD and I would go on daily walks. I wore her in the carrier and we live up a steep hill and up 2 long flights of stairs. I would think you'll be just fine. Does your Ob have a nurse line you can call so they can reassure you?

Thanks! They don't have a nurse line, you can only page a Dr. I think I've calmed down a bit, just thought I would ask first .

I was carrying around a 2 year old a week after my cs.
