feels like my insides are pushing out

Hi - I am 1 week pp with my first c section (2nd birth though) and sometimes it feels like my insides are pushing out against my incision.  It hurts so bad to sit and stand when this is happening.  Has anyone else experienced this?  I try to put counter pressure on that area when it's happening but it still kills. 

Also - anyone else feel like their insides are bouncing around.  It feels like my uterus, intestines, and other organs shift around.  Sometimes I'm in no pain at all other times it is uncomfortable and I feel bloated and like everything is pushing out.

Sorry for the rambling... just trying to see if anyone else has these same feelings.

Also try gas-x. Helps with the pressure of gas which made me feel that way.

I remember not being able to lay on my sides because it felt like all my organs pulled to the side I was on. It's very creepy but goes away.

Thank you ladies!!  I ordered a binder last night.  Glad to know it isn't just me!
