TMI I didn't have this with my first. Idk If its something I need to call the OB about.

Up until now I have had watery discharge sometimes white sometimes clear. Now its thick pale yellow looking on the toilet paper sticky and some clumps but they are like gooey? Not exactly something I would describe as cottage cheese looking. I've never had a yeast infection before so idk... could still be that?

My uneducated guess....yes.  I wouldn't panic and worry, but I would go and have it checked out.  As soon as possible.  I've learned it's better to at least call and talk to the nurse for advice than to just "let it go" and possibly cause harm.  (I used to do that pre-pregnancy.  Now I'm not afraid to call to see if it's something I should come in for)

How far along are you?

It is normal (I have it and tell my doc every week at my appointment) but I would still call your doc if you don't have an appointment coming up this week.  My doc always says to call her with any "change."   If it's nothing,she simply tells me so.  If she wants me to come in or get tested, she'll have me do that.

I have the same thing. I've mentioned it to my ob and they tested me for an infection to be on the safe side, but it was normal. You should definitely mention it though because if you were to have an infection then you need antibiotics, so it won't cause any issues.

I went to L&D with similar discharge worrying that it was an infection. (I also took a picture of the discharge to show the drs). It wasn't an infection. They said it could be normal third tri discharge or it could be my mucus plug.

I had this with my first pregnancy. For the first half of that pregnancy I had a bacterial infection so I assumed it was from that. (Those are relatively symptom free, in terms of itching etc, as compared to yeast infections.) However, I still had it occasionally after the infection cleared up, so ... yeah, I don't know. :-/
