Too soon??

I am hungry 24/7 which is not me at all! If something sounds good I'll make it but when I go to eat it it's so gross! Even though I'm hungry most foods I force myself to eat only make me feel sick and more hungry. And food I loved like mangos only make me feel sick.
Also I'm peeing without even drinking a lot. Today I must have peed almost two dozen times!
Help!!!! Am I crazy because this seems too soon to be like this!

  • Hormones can do amazing things...;)

    If you aren't satisfied with what you're eating, just try to make the healthiest choices of the things that appeal to you the most.  Thirst can sometimes be mistaken for hunger as well, and if you are peeing that often, make sure you're not getting dehydrated and drink lots of water.

  • I think appetite will ebb and flow, but frequent urination - that might stick around all through your pregnancy...  :(  I remember having a fluctuating appetite all through 1st tri, then it all returned to normal by about week 13 or 14. Maybe you make some modifications to your diet, such as substituting brown rice for white rice, so that you feel fuller longer?
