Wine time. Who's with me?

Pinot grigio again tonight... I wasn't gonna tap into it tonight, since I downed a few glasses last night.

Bbuuuuutttt....I'm making shrimp scampi. Which calls for white wine. Why would I cook with wine and not drink any? Seems like good logic, amiright?

That and my kid decided to fight me on his afternoon for almost an hour before finally falling asleep. Needless to say he was exhausted. I got frustrated with him. And now I feel awful for feeling frustrated before.

Anyone wanna join me?

I don't have any wine bc DH and I were trying to "be good" and didn't but any during our weekly grocery run. But then last night we regretted it and he ran out for a 6 pack, so I will join you with a Stella!

I am looking forward to a nice Long Island tonight. I'm exhausted and in pain. I want to take my pain pills, but my stomach is all out of whack and that would be a very bad idea. Bottoms up.

Haha nice! Its all good. I miss beer. Especially all the yummy seasonals and microbrews. I used be a beer fanatic...then slowly I became a wino and vodka lush.

I'm having a margarita because yappy ass neighbor dogs are on my last nerve. 10 year old DD is having a hissy because she doesn't like her hairtie. Baby has made me chase him all the live long day and traffic was a bitch in the school parking lot today.

@piffle42 sounds like my kid today, and he's only 9 1/2 months...after screaming, rolling, kicking, and rubbing his eyes ffor about 45 minutes (with me periodically checking in/rubbing his back), he finally fell asleep for his afternoon nap at 5 pm. Oy.
