Girl name - Which spelling?

Putting aside your feelings on the actual name because I know a lot of people don't like boy/girl names, I'm curious as to which spelling you prefer. We are set on the name just not the spelling. Only consideration to take into account is that "Kay" is a family name, but doesn't have to be a defining factor in the spelling we choose. Thanks ladies.....I always enjoy your feedback on this board :-)

I voted Casey  the only other acceptable variant up there to me is Kacey     The rest are very cutesy/immature to me and I can't imagine them on an adult

My sister is Kacey - I prefer that spelling. Casey is the boy variant, to me.

Casey can still be named in honor of Kay without uniqu-ifying her name.

Kaycie only if you specifically want to honor your family member. Otherwise, Casey.
