@andrea99 & @jobalchak so when you tell people IRL something you heard on this board, how do you phrase it? Because I totally just say "I know someone...." or "A friend of mine..." because that's a heck of a lot easier than saying "This person who's on this board on this internet forum thing that I'm on..."

I usually just say, "Someone told me their Ex...".  But when I talk to DH I say "someone from my Board".  He especially loved the story about BD living in a garage hahaha

I always say "someone I know..." which might not be in real life, but it feels like it. I bet the ladies on this board would be an awesome "real" life mom's group.

Yeah DH is about the only person I reference the board to. Oh and BD is still in the freaking garage. He hasn't even LOOKED at apartments. His life. His mess. That DS will not be staying in.
