Cd 2 here anyone else close?? Vitex??

So I am cd 2 and I usually ovulate around cd 16 so I'm in the first two week wait.... Was thinking of taking vitex since I have some but I heard if you have regular cycles you shouldn't?? Anyone know anything about it? Other than that idk that I'm going to try anything else this cycle. I will be doing clomid next cycle if this one fails.
