Ultrasound tomorrow, scared

Tomorrow I'm scheduled for my first ultrasound. I'm freaking out. On top of the spotting issues that I posted about last week, it's also at the same place, with the same tech that had to tell me 7 months ago that there wasn't anything there, where their policy is that the H or SO can't go in the room until the end of the ultrasound so I'll be all alone with my fears and memories. Oh and my RCS for that baby would have been
scheduled for this Thursday. I've said every prayer possible.

    Praying for you. Wishing you H could be in the room. My doc allowed that today and it was helpful.

    Me: 37, DH: 35 :: TCC since 2/11 SA: Perfect! CD3  HSG = Blocked Right Tube
    April- Femara 2.5mg + Trigger + IUI = BFN   May- Femara 5mg = CX - No Response on Left = BFN
    June- Femara 7.5mg + Trigger + IUI = BFN  August- Lap & Hysteroscopy = Blocked & Partially Blocked Tubes
    September- Femara 5mg = CX - No Response on Left = BFN  October- 100mg Clomid + Trigger + TI = BFN
    IVF # 1: Stims 11/30 ER 12/12/12! (10R, 10M, 8F, 2T, 6 F) :: Beta #1- 176  c/p @ 4w4d
    FET #1 February 26th :: Lost 4 to Thaw, Transferred 2 = BFFN

    This.  Are you going to an imaging center or is it done at your OB's office?  If it's an imaging center, you should find a new place to have it done.  That's a horrible policy.

    @EllyD14, I'm going to the imaging center that my health insurance has me "capped" to; I, unfortunately, don't have a choice. For my first ultrasound I always have to go there; for my others I go to Neonatology at the hospital for the rest.

    Will be praying for peace for you and for a good appt tomorrow! I had my us today in the same room where they told me last time there was nothing in my uterus and that I would miscarry. Luckily and thankfully we had a much better appointment today. I understand your worry and nervousness. Big (((hugs))). Let us know how it goes.

    Can you not even go somewhere out of town?  I would be going anywhere but there.  And if that is your only option, you should seriously complain.  That policy needs to be changed.

    It might be worth it to call your doctor and ask if he can tell them you need him there for emotional support because of history.

    I hadn't thought about having her call. She's been with me through mild pre-e with my first, with my second preterm birth where both mine and my sons life were in danger, and my loss. She knows how fragile (I know that sounds corny and dramatic but very true) I am.

    This. (I know multiple people have quoted this already, but it's perfect.) That is a positively CRUEL policy. Inconceivable.

    Congratulations!
    Sounds like the person who made that policy needs to be throat punched.
    I also would find somewhere else to go, but that's just me.
