I'm in Vegas! But I live here. Where are you staying? Try the cosmopolitan buffet or the caesars buffet. Best in town.

Thanks! I am here for seven days for work and play. I am at the Wynn and the buffet was awesome! I will have to check out Cesar's! And weather is gorgeous coming from Houston!

@babycaps - it's still allowed in casinos but honestly they are so large that you can easily avoid it. I walk through them all the time to get to restaurants or events and I hate smoke, but I hardly ever notice it. Now if you want to sit and gamble, you will have a harder time avoiding it.

We were planning a Vegas trip for September with some friends, but it never panned out. DH asked if pregnant women go to Vegas. I said. "No, I will be the first one ever." Haha. Hope you have an awesome time. I think it will be awhile before we get to go back.

I just went to Vegas for two nights the weekend after labor day with another couple, and the wife was 7 1/2 mos pregnant. I had a pretty hard time with the smoke, but it was mostly due to my eyes burning and not really my lungs bothered. I have dry eyes anyway. I could smell smoke at each and every casino, however my DH BFF's wife couldn't sense a thing. It never bothered her.  Also I was shocked at how many other pregnant women that were there!

That's the one place I told my husband I wouldn't go while pregnant!

one of my friends just had her bachelorette party in vegas! I was sooooo bummed I couldn't go. I just knew I wouldn't be able to keep up with all the walking, smoky environments, and late night bar hopping. They did make a 'flat kimmy' though and took pics of me out with them...haha! I'm glad they had fun.

The Bellagio has a great buffet too.  Might as well hit them all!

We are at the Wynn and sure in the middle of the casino it's pretty smokey, but I swear it has the best ventilation! Also, I do my best and only gambling, shopping I leave the poker to my guy. This is for work and I over see the meetings, you can imagine that I planned this in April and then realized in August, I would be going to Vegas pregnant!! It's still fun, just no liquor!

Vegas!! during first pregnancy I wax pregnant, but I was only 13wks pregnant so no bump! (I also had someone tell me I looked like I was 15 and I must have been since I wasn't drinking... Thought that was kinda rude, but I'm 4 years older and still look 15 so not too rude)I went last October with friends and was going to go this year, but I found out I was prego so it all fell through!

Im on a plane to Vegas as we speak.  I have to go for work and am worried about the smoke however I live in NYC and I swear just walking on the streets of NY I practically smoke 4 cigarettes a day with all the people that are smoking outside so Im hoping its not too bad in the casinos.

I actually think dealing with the late nights will be harder than dealing with the smoke
