When is the First ultrasound?

Hey gals this is my first pregnancy just wondering when the first ultrasound usually happens? I am now 7 weeks and still waiting to get into see a pregnancy doctor.

Sing it if you know it... It depends on your ob. Usually around 8 or 12 weeks.

Mine will be at 6 weeks

Mine is at 8 wk 2 days and that was the same for my previous pregnancy.  I hear 6 to 12 wks is normal.

Usually sometime in the 1st tri but some insurance only covers 1 unless there are issues and that one would be he anatomy scan.

My OB makes me get a viability/dating one, and I am getting that next week around 7 weeks. Then the N/T scan is around 12 weeks.

Mine will be at 7 weeks.

Mine will be about 8 week I think, it will be a dating ultrasound as well

yeah this varies sooooo widely.  You will get 100 different answers.  It depends on your pregnancy, your doctor and their practice and possibly your insurance.

I was going to be just one midway through, but I'm getting the NT around 12 weeks now.

My first is between 6-7 weeks. I am still seeing a fertility specialist till he releases me to my doctor though.

My first one is at 7 weeks but I'm still not released from my fertility doctor. And, as others said, it depends on your OB's office.

With my DD, I had one at 20 weeks. With DS I opted for the NT at 12 weeks and then I had the anatomy scan at 20. With this one, I'll probably do the NT again and then I'll have the anatomy scan.

It definitely depends on your pregnancy, past history, OB, etc, etc.

With DS my first ultrasound was at 9 weeks 3 days. This time my 1st one will be 7 weeks 3 days. I am guessing it is a little earlier this time because I am on BP meds this time around.

This. I'm getting a viability/dating u/s tomorrow at 6 weeks, but that's not standard practice for my ob, who usually only does 1 at 20 weeks.

Mine isn't until 13 weeks.

Mine isn't until 12weeks makes me sad but only 5 more weeks!

My first ultrasound is Friday the 18th. I'll be 7 and half weeks based of LMP. My doctor is doing it because I had to be put on progesterone.

4 weeks, 5 weeks and I'm getting one done tomorrow at 6 weeks then another at 7
