Way to hijack someone's post, almost like you tried to hijack the Parenting board. I have kids.

    In my mind.

  • @ppt2011 My DS was not interested in the potty chair. One day I happen to straddle him on the toilet seat and he loved it and has been going on the toilet since.

Not sure if you have a boy or girl, but I would just try to figure out what your LO feels more comfortable with.

  • To answer your question @ppt2011 we used both. We got a 3in1 that is a stand alone potty, then you can pop the seat out and put it on a big toilet, then close the lid and use it as a step to reach the sink. I would try on a seat on the big toilet first then you won't have to "transition" later, but use a little one if your kid refuses the big one.

  • I just came for the lulz but then I had an actual answer for the question.

    We have this thing:

  • OP, we used a Bjorn potty chair. DS liked it and it was cheap. Now he's on the regular toilet, but having one little one to move around the house with us during potty training was nice.

I'm one of those evil parenting posters who actually talks about things other than my child, though, so take that into account.

  • Hate fuck orgy up in here!
