Sleep advice please!!!!

Dd won't sleep unless she is touching me! If I am lucky enough to get her in her crib she wakes up after only 40 minutes or so. How can I get her back in her crib through the night?

Are you swaddling her? Do you have anything you can put in the crib that smells like you maybe?

There was something on Pinterest about filling a glove with beans and warming it. It makes them feel like a hand is there. Maybe look at that?

We didn't do any sleep training & LO seems to have figured out STTN on his own. What we did for a while was tightly rolling up two blankets and tucking them around him so it still felt like he was being held.

We follow the sleep sense program and it has been awesome. My LO used to only nap on me and we would spend an hour or more rocking/ bouncing him to sleep at night. I have now have baby free nap time to get stuff done during the day and he puts himself to sleep each time. Now we're working on night weaning. Hang in there! I know it is frustrating. Seriously look into the sleep sense program. And no I do not work or represent the company in any way.

I'm in the "weak" mom camp who said I would never co-sleep and has ended up doing what i said id never do! and I love lt, esp when he reaches out to touch me as he falls asleep. Like I am the one thing that matters in his world, at that moment (s). Which makes you think... You really ARE right now, in a way. And it's very sweet to me❤

But hey, its not for everyone and I heard sleep training really works if ya "stick to it! GL!
