how fast can evap lines show up?

May be a silly question but, how quickly can an evap line show up?

My friend who is also ttc took a pink wondfo test this morning and saw a "faint line with no color". 
That sounds evap-ish to me, but she read it with the time limits. I kinda thought that evaps normally came after the time limit. Obviously she will have to test again in the morning. I was just curious to know if an evap line could show up within 3 minutes.

    Yeah...that's pretty much what I thought. She has better control than me....I'd be leaving work to go get a FRER lol
