pumping question

Has anyone else had immense trouble getting in a full pump? I try to pump right after Renny eats, but he gets so fussy and is only calmed by being held. How am I supposed to pump and hold a baby?

Buy a Hands Free Pumping Bra.  That way you can soothe your LO and still pump.  I have this one - PumpEase Pumping Bra.

Hands free or wait until after he calms down if you know he always gets fussy

I have the hands free bra but I also put him in the rnp and rock it with my foot.

I used a sports bra I had and cut holes in the front and made my own hands free . I usually can feed him and either wait til he sleeps or sometimes he will relax in his swing while I pump

@Tshae2432, that is genius! I am probably not going to be making it to the gym as often as I used to, so gotta find some use for those sports bras!

Thank you, ladies. I have since moved his swing upstairs where I have my pumping station and it definitely helped!

This is what I did, too. I generally put her in the swing or RnP while I pump. There are times that she doesn't want to be put down and that does make it hard to pump.
