Rash

This morning DS woke up with little tiny red dots on his cheek , neck, stomach and back. I also noticed last night a bad diaper rash and it's still there this morning . I can't figure out what it's from ! He hasn't eaten anything new since Sunday , we didn't change soap or detergent and he's acting totally fine , slept great and is super happy despite a runny nose that's been there for a week or so. Any thoughts ??

    Sometimes viruses can cause a rash. Sometimes they cone before the child actually gets sick.

    Heat rash, maybe?  Is it really warm in his room at night?  I'd give your pedi a call to see what they think/recommend.
