I feel like I'm officially a resident of crazy town! With each passing month I seem to be more willing to try anything that may help. I now take a baby asprin daily and take mucinex leading up to ovulation. Anyone else do any things that might possibly help?
Re: What crazy things do you do?
When I was pregnant, I ate lotus seeds, put cane juice in everything I drank and took more of the herbs.
Prior to that pregnancy I would fall asleep to a fertility hypnosis program on my iPhone.
I've already checked and there IS an acupuncture center that takes my insurance. At the very least I will use them for general health and depression. Prior to getting pregnant is stopped all but 1 med. this time I'm taking no chances, class c or not, I'm not taking anything but don't want to go full psycho, either.
I'm pretty sure I do have a clown car.
I haven't done anything crazy, I totally believe in fertility massage, I am actually starting ot practice it now too. I hope to help lots of women with it.
I was religiously drinking fertilitea, I like it so I was ok with it, I stopped over the summer. However 3 cycles ago a friend gave me the chaste tree (vitex) tincture and I have been religiously taking it every day and I have actually ovulated all 3 cycles. this is a first for me to ovulate without drugs, I have pcos, so I am totally psyched.

@Wendylouwhoknew what tea where you looking at from Mountain Rose? I couldn't find the equivilent.
Fertilitea comes in 3oz (supposedly 1 month supply) loose tea has chasteberry (vitex), RRL, green tea, ladies mantle, nettle leaf (such a great herb for everyone all the time) peppermint leaf. 1 tsp to 1C H2O cover and steep 5 minutes. That is the big difference between tea beverages and tea remedies, you must let it steep for awhile to get the full benefit. If you pop it and then out quickly you don't get all the nutrients. YOu know your lipton tea let it sit to desire color LOL with an herbal remedy (tea specifically) let it steep.
Oh the only herb I am not familiar with is ladies mantel, I don't remeber if I looked it up or not.

Rich, healthy, and delicious; this full flavored tea is ideal for every day. An infusion designed to keep all of the wonderful women out there balanced. For a balancing decoction try our Women's Freedom Tea, or keep both around for whatever mood you may be in. Contains: organic Peppermint leaf, organic Nettle leaf, organic Raspberry Leaf, organic Ginger root, organic Dandelion leaf, organic Oatstraw, organic Horsetail, organic Chamomile flowers, organic Rose petals, and organic Stevia.
Don't forget 3oz of a herb is alot of mass!I Its larger then my hand and wider I think Horsetail (Equisetum arvense) is an interesting choice to include probably using it for its astringent properties, aslo dandelion is interesting great source of potassium mainly used as diuretic, supports gallbladder and liver functions....however I strongly dislike stevia I find it sickening sweet.
I don't know anything about oatstraw, I just looked up ladies mantle which is in Fertilitea and it is definitely good for the uterus its astringent one of those herbs that works well with too much flow and too little flow....its cool how herbs give yo what you need and not the other
of course I am not a Doctor, I cannot give you any medical advice and only sharing stuff I have read
and you should always ask your Dr before starting anything .....I covered all legal disclaimers right?

I take a baby aspirin too (have thrombophilia and am ANA positive so that's per my OB's recommendation), my previtamin and after we get busy (around O time), I literally put my legs straight up, perpendicular to the bed for a good 20 minutes. Sexy right? My hubby gets a kick out of it and even helps me by holding them up. Man! This is so far from being the European vacation we were on when we conceived DD#1. Gotta look up that Fertilitea now.
