Stripping with Rlr?

This is the second time i have stripped with rlr but was wondering what your routine is. I do my normal wash first. Then fill my TL with hot water, one package of rlr,and about half my dipes(17 or so). I leave it aggitate a little then stop it and leave it for about an hour. Next I rinse until there are no bubbles and hang dry. Does tthis sound right or fo you have any changes? TIA

Sounds pretty similar to what I'd do if I had a TL.  I have a FL so I do a lot of my RLR strips by boiling in a pot on the stove or soaking in my laundry sink.

I've only done an RLR strip once, but I did pretty much the same thing that you described. I think maybe I let the drum of the washer fill and start agitating before I added the diapers, and I let them soak over night. (I was having trouble with my Fuzzibunz at the time, and their customer service advised me to let them soak at least 3 hours or overnight if possible)

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but while bleach is great to sanitize I'm pretty sure it won't strip buildup caused by too much detergent, rash creams, etc.

I think that's correct.  When you're stripping, you want to get things out of the diapers, not add more.  :-/

Thanks for your help. I am stripping becauseof build up. Bleach in our water softener is part of the problem.
