Weeks ago, someone was asking for roast recipes, and someone mentioned throwing theirs in the crockpot with a gravy & onion soup packet, and having never done that before with my slow-cooker roast, I decided to give it a try. SO DAMN GOOD! I am never leaving out the packets again. Even my ingrate husband, who hates roast because he is a communist, grudgingly admitted it was pretty good. THANK YOU, J12!
