I'm a FTM and 11 weeks PP. I really want to get back into the exercising groove and am thinking of buying a jogging stroller. As a working mom I'm trying to figure out when the best time to run would be. My choices are after work or before work. It's likely that both times of the day he will be asleep. Now I wake him at 7:30am to go to daycare and he also tends to take a nap when we get home from work around 5:30-6. He always falls asleep when I walk with him in the baby bjorn after work and he sleeps great while I'm walking. I'm wondering if there is anything wrong with either A) putting him in the jogging stoller early in the morning (like 6am) to go for a jog before work/daycare or

put him in the stroller after daycare and assume he will fall asleep while we're jogging. Anyone have experience or thoughts about this?
