I don't have any experience, but wanted to comment that I plan to purchase this one:

Reviews seem to be quite positive, and we need something to keep LO warm in the winter months here in the cold Northeast.

I have two of the regular deedee ones. I bought the 0-6 and then the next level. They ones that aren't light (what katfaz linked to) are REALLY warm. I would suggest leaving the baby clothesless and using in the winter only.

They are sleeveless, so perhaps a long sleeve onesie and some sockies?

It looks like what you linked to is a light sleep sack. HALO makes fleece ones that are very warm, that's what we are using now.

My daughter always loved being "too warm" when she sleeps, so we bought the regular one of these and love it. The regular one is definitely warmer than a Halo fleece one, probably most similar to a 2.0 tog, but they breathe like a duvet so she's never been hot when we get her-- she uses it with her normal long-sleeved pajamas.

thanks for all your input, i just realized they make these in a thicker material, which is what we decided to do!
