I have been eating some pineapple each day (core and some pieces) usually in the morning, just so it's in my system. I wanted to know what you have done, spread it out or eat all at once?
I've heard of some ladies who'll blend it up in their smoothie. Others say that they've been advised to eat only warm foods to increase blood flow to the uterus. I think I'll just cut it up and chow down
