Dd is 18 months. Last Tuesday she had her 18 mo vaccine. Thursday - Saturday she had a fever on and off. Sunday she seemed fine, except the entire weekend she slept like she's never slept before (not complaining) but literally 14 hr+ nights, waking up in the morning only to go back to sleep two hours later anywhere from 2-3 hours. Then again a few hours later.
Monday morning she was fine, but daycare called me around 10 and said she had a rash all over and was cranky and to come get her. By the time I got there (same building) she was passed out in the workers arms. Took her to the doctor and e said it was just a reaction to the vaccine, which has never happened before. But that it could also just be a virus that needs to run its course. Basically said could be anything but not worry some.
She usually goes to sleep around 715-730 but she wants to go around 6 now which is hard due to work. I'm wondering if maybe it could also be a growth spurt that will pass? She struggles to get through the morning to reach her afternoon nap the last couple days and daycare says it difficult.
