Just wanted to say goodbye and vent a little bit. I was 7 weeks 3 days today. I was one of the lucky ones with little symptoms, just sore breasts and mild, mild heartburn. This morning I had brown spotting and mild cramping. I never spot, not even around my period. At noon, the brown spotting turned into a red flow. I went in for an emergency ultrasound this afternoon. Baby stopped growing at 6 weeks 5 days, and no heartbeat. It so sad and disappointing. The doctor said my uterus looks healthy so we can try after I have one normal period. Just laying here with the cramps getting worse. My best wishes for all of you for healthy pregnancies. I'll be thinking of you in May. Thanks for letting me vent.

Please let me share my experience with you to show you that your not alone. One year ago, I found out that I was pregnant for the first time. I was ecstatic !! I went in for my blood work and the HCG levels were rising perfectly. I went in for an ultrasound around 7 weeks due to being on fertility medications. I had no reason at all to suspect anything was wrong. I was under the assumption that all women who have miscarriages have spotting or bleeding. I was ready to see the heartbeat. When they checked, the little one stopped growing around 6 weeks. No heartbeat. I waited a week and went back to make sure. The little one has shrunk and it was no longer a question. I had the choice of waiting to miscarry naturally ( if it happened ) or take 3 pills vaginally to start the process for me. I was one of the rare cases of Missed Miscarriage. It was the worst experience that I had ever gone through. Emotionally, physically and mentally I was ready to throw in the towel. I waited almost a whole year to try again...and you know what, the first time was a charm. I am now 7 1/2 weeks pregnant with fraternal twins that both had strong heartbeats and were growing ahead of schedule. I am a firm believer that god never gives you more than you can handle. I know exactly what you are going through and I am not going to lie, it takes time to not feel pain. I find myself always questioning if I actually have a day where I feel good if it means it will happen again because all pregnant women should feel like poop 24/7. I just want you to know that I am here to talk to if you need someone. Sorry for the long winded comment. Again, I am so sorry for your loss but know it will get better.
