Update....BFP!

I ran out at lunchtime to pick up a digital and it's confirmed! Now the question is...how do I tell DH?  Obviously this won't be a super surprise to him, but I led him to believe it will be at least a couple more days until I would test. Back in the wintertime I bought DD a pair of pj's on clearance that say 'Big Sister' that still have the tags on them, so I'm thinking I'll put her in them tonight and have her hand him the digital test. It's going to be hard not to scream it the minute he walks in the door!

TTC #2

Clomid 50 mg + IUI#1  = BFP, m/c and D&C at 7w1d

Clomid 50mg + IUI#2 = BFN

Clomid 100mg + IUI#3 = BFN

Lupron + Follistim + IVF#1 = 11ER, 10M, 10F, ET of 1 expanded BBA 5-day blast, 2 Frosties. BFP! Beta 10/13 = 264! Beta 10/15 = 702! EDD 6/21/14

    Aww! I'm glad I'm not the only one that got a big sister outfit early :P. I got my DD a little onesie jumper thing, that says Big Sister- I'm just hoping I'll be pregnant before she grows out of it :/ It's cutting it pretty close now. I think I ordered a 24m, that was like a year ago :( 


    LOL take some deep breaths! I hope you can hold it together long enough to pull off this nice surprise!! Take lots of pics! I am so happy for you, girl! Let us know how it all goes!

    Congrats!!  That is great news!  Have a wonderful time tonight sharing the news with YH!!

    Me: 42. DH: 46.

    1st Pregnancy: MC, 11/19/00.

    2nd Pregnancy: DS born 04/10/06.

    3rd Pregnancy: CP, 03/11.

    4th Pregnancy: MMC, D&C 11/30/11, Genetic testing revealed Trisomy 4.

    5th Pregnancy: Ectopic, 2 doses of Methotrexate unsuccessful, surgery 4/10/12, right tube removed.

    Tried Letrozole January 2013-July 2013 (including 2 IUIs), all BFN.  After 2 1/2 years of trying for child #2, decided to "give up" after July cycle, based on AMA.

    August 16, 2013:  BFP our first month of "not trying!"  Still in shock.  Beta #1 (14dpo): 183.  Beta #2 (17dpo):  611.  Ultrasound 8/30/13: baby measured 6 weeks, 1 day, heart rate of 118 bpm! 
    Ultrasound 9/13/13:  8 weeks, heart rate of 176!
    Baby is due 4/26/14

    Congratulations!  It's wonderful that your optimism paid off.  I'd also love to put DS in a Big Brother shirt but I've been too paranoid to buy one until I get the actual BFP.  I'm so excited for you!
