ThermaCare Heat Wraps

Has anyone used ThermaCare Heat Wraps while pregnant? My back spasms are still pretty bad and I'm looking for some relief! I at least want to be able to get up and walk around the house a bit.

I am going to see my OB today and I will definitely ask her, but just wondering if anyone has used safely during pregnancy in the past?

I used them during my last pregnancy with no issues. Toward the end, they were a lifesaver.

I haven't used those, but I do have an aroma therapy wrap with microbeads that you can use hot or cold and that has been a lifesaver. Warm baths also really help with my back pain.
