caramel macchiato with hazelnut syrup instead of vanilla. I've been drinking it that way since high school, and they finally wised up and made a hazelnut macchiato (but I still prefer the caramel with hazelnut syrup).

And for something super sweet, the white mocha with a shot of raspberry. I haven't had it in ages but it's like drinking cake.

Usually a frappuccino: original, caramel, toffee nut, or sometimes coconut

But I love the salted caramel hot chocolates, too!

Salted caramel mocha for seasonal. Caramel machiatto for everyday. I will do a venti no water vanilla chai with 4 pumps of chai.

All with nonfat milk, with whipped cream. Yum.

ETA:

In the summer months I love an Iced Caramel Macciato, nonfat with extra caramel.

I usually order this way:

Temperature, # of shots, cup size, flavor, drink, add-ons. 

So, in the summer it would be 

Iced triple grande peppermint mocha with whip.  

I'm not getting iced, I just leave that part off.

I learned all of that from having two starbucks in the building where I used to work.  You learn a lot waiting in line.

The there was a Tullys in the building, too.  And two more places that made espresso. 

This isn't counting the Starbucks across the street.

@cinemagoddess all I can say is STFU I have to drive 20 miles to get starbucks! Seriously I order almost the same thing every time in fear that the barista would be like "your not from around here are you?"

Yes, but you don't want to work there unless you really like being forced into friendships with people.  

Pretty much anywhere you work in Downtown Seattle is a stone's throw from a Starbucks. 

Or really anywhere in Seattle.  I'm sitting at home right now and I have three starbucks within two blocks of me.

One way to make friends with the barista is to ask them what their favorite drink is.  If it's not one you normally get, try it. 

That's how I discovered the triple grande eggnog latte with a pump of white chocolate and a half pump of vanilla is amazing.

I dont really like Starbucks and not really a coffee drinker in general, but it's what's available at my school when I'm desperate to stay awake during class, and also what's most convenient on the way to work if I'm struggling to stay awake in the morning soooo... sometimes I do have to partake.

I keep it simple and just get a Grande Skinny Mocha.

I don't drink coffee but I love the passion tea but my closest starbucks is at least 15 minutes away so I don't get it often.

Is Not just Seattle. There's 6 or 7 within 3 miles of my house.

Thanks for the PSA - saw it on the menu and my head nearly exploded at the chocolate - chai combo - but then later I became curious and decided I would try it when I went back...this has confirmed my fears

Thanks!  Both of my kids have had it now.  It's much easier the 2nd time around.  Now I have go-to meals at restaurants!

So hard - I couldn't have made it 8.5 months - I only made it 6 months and with DD#2 (DD#1 didn't have it) and the day I stopped BF I went to Dairy Queen for lunch and ate a Blizzard!
