Oh. my. god. I have so much gas. I teach at a university, and in class, I'm pretty much counting down the moment until I can run out the door, find a corner or bathroom, and let it rip. And it's PAINFUL gas.

ohmygosh this is so me. i never break wind in front of DH and i actually said to him the other day that i'm going to be leaving the room a lot. it's not me, it's the baby! i always find its worse in the evenings and first thing in the morning when i wake up.

hahaha! sometimes I get worried because I feel crampy, but then realize its awful gas! and it is so painful!!! that "glow" you see on my face...yeah its me holding my breath so I dont fart in your face!!! ha! :-S

I used to not fart in front of my husband, but that norm is gone goodbye. Today he picked me up from work: 

HIM: How was your day? 

ME: Busy. Good. I think I just farted the whole time. 

We're currently looking at real estate and every time we go into a new home with our realtors, BAM! I NEED TO FIND A CORNER. But they're always following me through the house to show me a damn closet and I can't just say, "WOMAN, I AM A GASEOUS BEING. YOU NEED TO BE FARTHER AWAY RIGHT NOW."

I think all I did on Saturday night was fart in my bed while I slept. I got up to use the bathroom at 4am and threw off the covers and WOW. My actual sheets smelled like poop.

I laughed reading this whole topic!! I thought it was just me! I have been both gassy AND burping a ton! I feel like I look 4 months pregnant already with all the gas and bloating-its crazy! I can't wait till this stage ends and i feel a baby move rather than gas bubbles in my tummy!

Hahaha- I am so glad I'm not alone!  I work as a teacher with ESL students so even though I have my own classroom, I push into their classrooms.  Basically, if I'm in my room- I'm farting!

I'm right there with you... DF has IBS, so is constantly farting and using the bathroom so I don't feel so bad farting around him.

I told him last night, "This is DEFINITELY your baby, it stinks already!" because I could *not* stop farting -- They were bad too....

Ugh it's so horrible isn't it!? I've actually woken up in the middle of the night with severe cramps and freaked out for a second, farted, and had instant relief. DH doesn't know what to think - I'm sure it's a MAJOR turn on.

I posted earlier that I was just burping but this farting has finally hit me. But it's ONLY at night. It's like as soon as I'm in bed I have so much pressure and gas rolling around. It gives me cramps! And it's so uncomfortable to sleep! But when I wake up it's always gone lol, does this happen to anyone else?

I'm not a girl of many cravings but I need to eat a lot... eventually I ran out of jelly for my milk pb&j. I resorted to eating a hot-dog, my husband offered me, to fill the void. Needless to say he will not feed me after mid-night again! My puppy :o3 was looking at me in shear disgust and poor me forced to suffer my own foulness  :-& as I attempted to write a 5 page 20th cent European history paper, last night was rough. (pb&j+milk)Hotdog/musturd => a bad idea!  X_X

I'm cracking up reading this. It's so true! Sometimes I feel like my stomach is going to explode! I'm just about 9 weeks and some days it looks like I'm already 4-5 months along! I don't usually fart in front of DH but he thinks it's funny and is waiting to catch me in the act... Men. LOL

That being said, I for some reason, appear to be less gassy now then I have been in the past. I must be avoiding my previous triggers.

Hahaha. I've been having the worst cramps at night before bed. I usually fall asleep on my knees in the fetal position (kneeling with my head between my knees) which sounds odd, but seems to make it a little better. I never fart in front of DH, but last night he asked me how my stomach was and I said, "Better. It doesn't really hurt tonight." Him: "Oh, good baby. Because you've been farting a LOT in your sleep." Me: " Nope, I haven't. That is not a thing that is happening." //mortified.

Honestly, I'm the same. I'm finding that yogurt on an empty stomach along with a nightly homemade fruit smoothie help keep me regular enough that I'm not pooting everywhere. You still don't want to stand near me on the subway platform though ;o)

)  Oh, I TOTALLY needed this laugh!  I am so glad to know I'm not alone!  The gas/cramps are awful and I'm also burping a lot which is unlike me.  My hubby and I have been together for 15 years (married for 7) so he's used to me farting, but lately he says he's jealous of my "man farts" they so much louder/longer than usual!  Is this a 1st trimester thing or with this go away!

I always get bloated around the evening time as well. I am youth leader and a part of the young adult group at my church and it is so difficult to hold them in! I also have been burping a lot and getting the hiccups like crazy. What and adventure! lol

bahaha I AM SO glad I was not the first to post about this, yesterday DD and I were watching tv and I had gas so bad, she turned around and was like "Mom? was that you?" and I said "yeah baby. mommy has gas" well, I couldn't keep it in cuz, yes it hurts like a mother! she hated me yesterday, " she was like gosh mom, stop farting you are so gross like daddy right now" lol she is only 4 but she was crackin me up.... I could only tell her get used to it sweetie.
