Stopping PIO question

Everyone talk me down!  I am a little nervous now that I have stopped PIO injections!  I stopped on Friday when I was 13 weeks!  Now of course I am worried my progesterone levels will drop and I could lose the babies... I know I have read that both placentas should be making enough to support our twins but I am still scared! Has anyone stayed on them longer than 13 weeks?? I am calling my Midwife in the morning to see if I can get my levels checked!

Progesterone level 4/2011= 11.29. SA normal. HSG normal.
8/11 Clomid 50mg=BFN progesterone level 35,

September-Bravelle injects with IUI #4-BFP!! MC 10/7/12 : ( Sonohysterogram-Normal
December- Bravelle(3 good follicles & E2 1252) with IUI#5 BFFN :*(
July IVF #1- BFP! : )  Beta #1-245, #2- 703, #3- 1655, #4- 3553 YAY!  Praying and Praying this one sticks around!
                  1st U/S scheduled for Aug 23rd!

    I stopped them at 10 weeks and they didn't check my levels. I didn't have bleeding or anything so I am hoping all is good!

    i stopped PIO at 8 weeks and continued endometrin for 2 weeks and just stopped completely.  I think you should be ok!

    I stopped at 10 weeks cold turkey - everything has been fine.   I was glad to be done with them!

    I stopped cold turkey at 11 weeks.  I think you should be fine, but I agree it scared the bejeezes out of me too.  Good Luck!

    I stopped PIO around 8 weeks and continue on suppositories until 12 weeks.  I was a little nervous, but the babies are doing well and I'm sure yours are too :)

    BFP #1: 2/15/12-Ectopic/Mtx at 6 wks
    BFP #2: 10/12/12-m/c at 5 wks. 
    BFP #3: 8/27/13
    Me: MTHFR, Low AMH (1.1), High NK cells and Antiphospholipid Antibodies.
    DH:MFI-Low morph (1%), DNA fragmentation: Excellent!
    5 rounds of clomid, 3 IUIs, and multiple non-medicated cycles- BFFN                                                      
    IVF with ICSI in August 2013 brought us our babies.  ER-9R, 7M, 4F w/ICSI  ET of 2-Grade 2 blasts. 
    + HPT at 6dp5dt. #1 (8dp5dt)- 105    #2 (13dp5dt)- 510  #3 (15dp5dt)- 960  #4 (17dp5dt)- 1889
    Dx shortened cervix, PTL, and preeclampsia during pregnancy.  Lots of medications and 13 weeks of bedrest, babies were born healthy at 34w4d!

    I stopped at 10 weeks. Everything has been fine. I just kept telling myself if the PIO was the only thing keeping the pregnancy going then it wasn't a healthy pregnancy. Try not to worry!

    I stopped over a week ago, at almost 8 weeks. My doc said with twins I could probably have stopped at 6 1/2, but my progesterone levels were also pretty high on the PIO - at 130
    m/c my Angel Baby in 2000
    IUIs with clomid from 2009-2011   Feb 2011 - Tubal surgery (repair)  Jan 2012 - Tubal surgery (remove)  
    8/13 IVF#1.  Lupron/Follistim protocol - b/g twins born April 1 at 34 +1.  Luckiest woman in the world.
    8/15 FET #1 - transferred 1 thawed embryo - Pregnant with Baby C, it's a girl!  Due April 2016. Pregnancy Ticker

    You are fine!  I stopped PIO at 8 weeks and switched to Endometrin for another 2 weeks.

    Thanks everyone!  Your comments really helped!  I did ask my midwife if I could get bloodwork and she told me that progesterone isnt as important now that my placenta has taken over.  I will just say extra prayers and take all your words into account sooo everything will be okay : )

    I was so nervous to stop, but I stopped at 10 weeks. I asked the OB to check my levels at 13w to ease my mind and we were fine. Gl to you
    TTC Since 112010 Naturally. Diagnose:PCOS(ME) + Low Motility(HIM). Started IVF+ICSI Cycle 12312. ER 27 & ET 210 two embies transferred. *BFN 1ST IVF CYCLE.* **Getting as healthy as possible and will try IVFICSI#2 again hopefully in April.** -- HAVE FAITH; LET GO & LET GOD --

    it is very nervewracking!  i stopped pio at 8 weeks due to an abscess and they didn't check my levels then, or when i stopped crinone at 12 weeks and i was paranoid.  it's hard to trust our bodies to do what they are supposed to when for so long they haven't been very agreeable with us.  but it does work!!!! 
    Me (37) DH (39); PCOS changed to Unexplained, changed to DOR in 2012 (finally a correct diagnosis!); 
    Started TTC 2009 with RE after 6 months.  
    Clomid + Trigger x2; 
    IUI + Femara x1,
    IUI + Follistim x2;
    IVF #1 (MDL) February 2013- BFN.
    IVF #2 (antagonist) May 2013, First BFP of my life. 
    Identical twin miracle BOYS (!!) headed our way- due date is technically 2/4/14 but c section is scheduled for 1/7!

    It is nerve wracking stopping PIO & trusting that those placentas have taken over & are doing their job. By 10 weeks you should be fine & at over 13 weeks you have a nice cushion. No harm in checking your levels if it gives you some peace of mind.
