Hey everyone,
I had a MC last month... It started 9/8 (I was 5 weeks) and I bleed until 9/20. It was heavy flow the entire time, even through the end. My BETA on 9/9 was 437 and two days later it was 297. How do I count cycle days after a MC? I've read online to count same as regular AF but it seems weird since my flow was heavy pretty much the whole time. We won't be TTC until next cycle but we are going on vacation soon and I'm trying to figure out when I could expect AF although I know it is hard to predict after MC. Thanks Ladies

It's different for everyone. You really don't know what your body will do. FWIW, though, my cycles jumped right back to normal. I had about a two week cycle after my surgery, so I guess I just didn't ovulate and my cycle was short. Since then, I've had three 28-30 day cycles and have ovulated on CD 17 all three cycles. My cycles may actually be more regular now than before, but that's definitely not everyone's experience.

This was actually very similar to me as well. My cycle was a little wonky prior to my m/c and became a little more regular and predictable afterwards. This is my 6th cycle since m/c and I have consistently had 29-30 day cycles, ovulating on CD 18, except for last cycle. AF arrived 4 days early and I think I ovulated early. So I think I'm going back to normal, which means back to wonky.
