Wonder week/ growth spurt

So my LO had her 12 week wonder week and it was a nightmare and since then she has been sleeping very well, until last night. She turned 3 months on Friday so I was wondering if it was the 3 month growth spurt. She woke every two hours to nurse, when she has been sleeping 7-8 hour stretches. But I was wondering if the 12 week wonder week and the 3month growth spurt were the same thing or are they really two separate things? Thanks for your input, hoping tonight goes a little better!

Growth spurt= physical growth- adding weight and length.

Wonder Week= developmental leap.
