I was just in Hawaii on my honeymoon. We stayed in oahu for 3 days, big island for 3 days and Maui for 1 week. I am only 8 weeks but I was there weeks 5-7 and noticed my ms was horrible there. Anyone notice this? It was weird and really sucked! It was mild before I left home and mild after we got back home (michigan).

    It could be the change of environment and stress from island hopping. I live here (maui) and only got m/s 3x during my first tri when I took a shower lol. I do feel sick when I visit my parents who live on Haleakala because of the high altitude. So maybe it was going from low altitude to high altitude every time you flew?

    That could be! Sad thing is... I associate hawaii with being sick. Maui was my favorite island though!

    Could have been the change in environment and foods available--- definitely WAY different than midwestern food. :)   Hope you start feeling better.
