It seems like a good option for someone whose very tight financially. However, it would only bve good for not heavy wetters and during the day. It would be a good newborn option though.
Interesting! I do love using fleece covers, but I find single-layer ones to be pretty worthless unless you're basically just letting your LO's bum air out and need a way to protect him/her/yourself from a snappi.
I've bought diapers from mamabearbabywear on Etsy, and she mentions some really cheap options like this. She has an explanation where you'd buy one of her waterproof covers and stuff it with anything you can find - t-shirt, dish towel, etc. The idea sounds interesting, but the fabrics I already use are just soooo nice that I can't imagine myself doing it!!
