Sneezing SUCKS

Since the day I found out I was pregnant, every sneeze has been so painful! And of course, I now have a sinus infection and am sneezing like crazy. I figured out that if I bend forward a little, it helps, but this sinus infection has more sneaky surprise sneezes and they catch me totally off guard. The pain that radiates through my uterus and sides is just awful!! So much so, I had to post about it. :P

Have you gotten to the point where you pee a little (or a lot) when you sneeze? I had to make some mad dashes to the bathroom thanks to that little side effect.

Yep, one of my first and worst symptoms. Deeply bending when a sneeze is coming on or bringing my right leg up and curling into a ball seemed to help.

Lmao Omgosh I thought I was a freak of nature. My back has been so sore from the progesterone shots, and with seasons changing I've been sneezing like crazy and I feel like an earth quake rocks my lower body!

Thank goodness, considering the amount of sneezing I am doing today - no, not yet. Though have had to run to the bathroom a few times when laughing too hard! Someone on my birth month board calls those "Snisses" ha ha.

Wow glad I am not the only one! Yup curling up helps!

Yes me too! Every time I sneeze, I immediately moan in pain right afterwards. Its completely involuntary and DH thinks its hilarious. Its like "ah-choo aaaahhhhhh"
