Hey Everyone,

 

So after a ton of research and trying out different car seats to see which would fit in the tiny backseat of DH's Lexus, we got the Nextfit. Now I was aware that people had issues with the straps but we tried it out for the first time yesterday and those straps were definitely hard to tighten. For people who have this car seat, did the straps loosen at all with use? Trying to decide if we should return it or not.

I have heard that they do loosen up over time.

Ours are much easier to use now than when we got the seat, it just takes some time we did try to pre loosen it by tightening the straps a number of times before we installed.

yes, ours have loosen as well.  we have ours since May.
