Hey everyone! I thought I would share this awesome workout for any of you moms that are interested. Weather you don't have time for the gym, or weather you are like me, and don't like the "all eyes on you" feeling. All you need is 30 minutes a day. Most of our LO's take naps, right? lol. I've been on this journey of getting in shape and losing weight, and this workout has been helping me reach my goals. So I thought I would share for anyone that is wanting to get in shape. My DH finally agreed to see what it was all about tonight, and for someone that works out like a FOOL, daily... He sure was asking for a lot of breaks! lol.

Haha, Glad you liked it @Mrs Castillo , It does get intense but its so worth it!! My husband said the same thing about it fooling you!! Lol, I am loving that it really challenges me to push myself! You did better than me, My first time I barley made it 7 minutes in!! LOL
@Jen071407 Hope you like it also!! We try to run twice a day, We make it a family affair and our DD rides her bike infront of DH & I... So having this extra routine makes for awesome results!
