Mmmm...leftover spaghetti pie...

Somehow it tastes better than it did last night when it was fresh.  YUM!

    I'm not sure where the exact recipe is, but here are the basics:

    Put about 2/3 a box of cooked spaghetti in a greased baking dish

    Brown a lb of ground beef (I used ground turkey) and mix it with a jar of pasta sauce (I like TJ's organic vodka sauce)

    In a separate bowl, mix about a cup of sour cream and 1/2 cup cream cheese with some green onions (not 100% sure on measurements, but more sc than cc)

    Pour that mixture over the pasta and spread evenly

    Pour the meat/sauce mixture over the sc/cc mixture and spread evenly

    Top with a layer of shredded cheddar

    Bake at 350 for about 20-25 minutes

    It is so easy and good!  :)
