I have been with my husband for 15 years, we have one child together and I was only on birth control for 2 of those 15 years. I have only been pregnant twice in those 15 years so for me getting pregnant is very difficult. I am still going to keep trying for 2 more cycles then I'm done. I hope seeing the RE will help you.
I have 2 boys also and my husband has none. I desperately want to give him a child of his own. It's been almost 2 years and I haven't had luck staying pregnant. I understand the frustration. Hopefully the RE will help you. Good Luck!!
The RE is the way to go..I felt completely hopeless until i saw the RE..although nothing has happened yet..just starting the process has given me a new found hope..
I'm keeping my fingers crossed for this month. Today, I'm 8dpo and I have : lower back pain, sore nipples and increase hunger, and also increase urination... Of course pcos makes me have some of these symptoms before but the difference this time is me and dh and been bding around ovulation time like crazy!.. I saw re and whenever my period comes, I will begin procedure to do iui..
We conceive easily, it's getting it to stick that seems to be the hard part. 1st loss 7/4/13, 2nd was sometime in the last 2 1/2 weeks, but found out today. Scheduled for the DNC tomorrow, fertility consult back in place, and we start again in a couple months.
Oh no... That has to be soo hard. My heart goes out to you, wendylou
I appreciate that. I decided that I'll detox during my recovery. I just liquified 2.5 pounds of spinach!
I have my periods where I'm stoic and then break down. After all my lecturing to my husband to not get emotionally involved, I didn't anticipate how he would take it - that was my undoing. Normally I am a glass is full (not even half) kind of person and knowing there was nothing I could do, I just have to take it one day at a time.
We find out in a couple weeks what may have caused to development to stop. In the meantime, I know I could stand to be healthier, exercise more, etc.
One thing that I really enjoy is looking at all the fertility diets. Why not explore every avenue? I'm even checking to see if acupuncture is covered by our insurance. We have our consult back for the fertility clinic, but I guess there are other options out there.
If anyone else is game, I'd love to be part of a fertility diet program. We could encourage each other, listen to problems and maybe bounce recipes. This is just a thought and not a thread hijack, I promise.
Valjoh, I really do hope you get the best news soon. I would still look into the diets that help prevent mc so you do t end up back here. I'm sure you will do just fine, even at your age, you still have lots of time. Good luck!!!
