Need help with jealousy issue

DD is 18 months old, DS is 3 weeks old. So far DD only acts jealous when it's time to nurse DS. She has started climbing onto my lap, clinging to me and starts crying with a trembling lip. Her little face looks like I had betrayed her or I didn't love her anymore. It was so sad that it made me cry tonight. What can I do to help her adjust?
