My friend (the one who was diagnosed with cancer during her pregnancy) just had another appointment late yesterday. She went through a brutal bone marrow transplant earlier this year because she was told that was her best shot even though it'd be horrific. The chances weren't good, but her doctor said it was basically the only way.

Her fucking lymphoma is more active now than before the BMT.

She's going to start some really brutal radiation.

I'm so heartsick right now.

Oh god..how horrible. I'm so sorry. Best of luck to your friend as she goes through radiation treatment. My thoughts and prayers are with her.
