Congratulations on the Little BOY! On the note of your concern about military pay during a government shutdown, Congress has already passed a bill guaranteeing military pay during the event of a shutdown. It has been passed on to the President for signature and I have read that he plans to sign it. Though, of course, nothing is set in stone until he signs on the dotted line. Good luck!
