Question about nt scan and IPS

I had my nt scan today as a step in a 3-part IPS.  It includes the nt scan, bloodwork today and bloodwork in a couple of weeks.  Later, I will get the results of my tests and my so-called risk category.  I have seen some posts recently that have me thinking some of you may be going by nt scan alone to evaluate your risks of some chromosomal abnormalities.  Is that correct?  Are some of you just having the nt scan without the accompanying bloodwork?

I hat the panorama test which is 99% accurate in certain chromosomal abnormalities. I had the NT scan but no blood work due to this.

I had both the scan and blood work, but no follow up blood work done

I had my blood drawn about a week before the NT scan so the doctor did an analysis based on both results (blood + NT) at once.

I had the NT scan and then did the NIPT test (blood work) to detect chromosone abnormalities. NIPT give 99% accuracy rate.

Mine is called a sequential scan. It's the US, blood work same day and blood work again between 20 and 22 weeks. Or maybe 22 and 24. I said NT scan to my doc and she didn't know what I meant.
